From the earthquake to the Third Paradise, the rebirth according to the students of the Navelli Comprehensive Institute in L’Aquila

On 5th April, as part of an educational project, the secondary schools of L’Aquila’s institute will realize a special installation of the Third Paradise, giving the students a voice. The work will mark a decade from the earthquake that hit Abruzzo in 2009.

Green light for the project “Trashformation”, creativity and innovation to reflect on sustainability

Let Eat Bi: reclamation of the territory, farming and food in an event dedicated to saffron

On Thursday 21st February, Cittadellarte will host the first initiative in the Green Academy’s 2019 programme. The speaker of the event will be farmer Enrico Covolo, who will illustrate the peculiarities and the story of the production of its saffron in Coggiola (BI).

Rebirth Day in Naples, youths imagine the city of their dreams between ideas and practices

An initiative inspired and dedicated to the Third Paradise and involving about a hundred students was held at the Comprehensive Institute Marino – Santa Rosa in Ponticelli, in Naples’ eastern suburbs. Art as an instrument for social change in the most recent UNIDEE module

Last week, Cittadellarte hosted “Broadcasting the archive #10”, University of Ideas’ module curated by Gemma Medina Estupiñan and Alessandra Saviotti. In the course of the initiative, six international artists in residency analysed a few case studies from the archive of Asociacion de Arte Útil (a database of about 300 projects in which art has generated a responsible social change) and the projects developed by Cittadellarte on the theme of food.
