Art meets neuroatypicality: “Pistoletto’s Third Paradise between sharing and inclusiveness” presented to Sergio Mattarella
On Friday 29 September, on the occasion of the closing party of the social initiatives held at the Castelporziano Presidential Estate in Rome, a video of a special performance inspired by the trinamic symbol was shown to the President of the Italian Republic. The activity documented by the video stands as an action of scientific awareness on the subject of neuropathy featuring the Third Paradise. "I warmly thank those who have made this event so engaging, like Fondazione Pistoletto," said Mattarella.

Milan, Michelangelo Pistoletto’s Third Paradise is the symbol of the Sustainable Awards
On 24 September, at La Scala, the artist’s trinamic symbol was once again the active backdrop of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion’s initiative, for the intrinsic values it expresses. Also, the "Sustainable Fashion Awards" actual prize was a reproduction of the "Venus of Rags", and was presented to a series of companies and brands that have distinguished themselves for their commitment to ethical fashion.

When new generations love differences, in Geneva “The Flag of the Word, 1+1 =3”
On 14 and 15 September, the Centre des Arts of the ECOLINT Foundation in Geneva hosted a special edition of the work/performance "The Flag of the World, 1+1=3". For the occasion, the coordinator of the Rebirth ambassadors Francesco Saverio Teruzzi, Centre Director Isabelle Mueller and artist Angelo Savarese curated a workshop for the students. "Art, culture, commitment, inclusion, sharing," said Teruzzi, "are the only weapons we can tolerate".

The Third Paradise by Michelangelo Pistoletto at the United Nations in New York
On the occasion of the mid-term discussions of the 2030 Agenda, a temporary installation of the master's trinamic symbol is showcased at the UN headquarters in the Big Apple until September 28th. The site-specific installation, composed of 36 porcelain stoneware tiles and created according to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, is sponsored by the Permanent Representative of Italy to the UN and curated by Alessia Panella Law Firm alongside Cittadellarte’s Francesco Saverio Teruzzi and Alessandro Lacirasella. Furthermore, the director of the Cittadellarte himself, Paolo Naldini, participated in the inauguration of the Third Paradise with the Italian Delegation on Monday the 18th of September and will engage in a series of subsequent events at the General Consulate of Italy and the Italian Embassy in the United States of America.

Michelangelo Pistoletto receives the special prize in the literary competition “Pages of the Earth”
On 14 September, at the Basilica of the Archaeological Park of Pompeii, the artist will be presented with the prize in the presence of the Minister of Culture Sangiuliano and the mayor of Naples Manfredi. In addition to the special prize that the founder of Cittadellarte will receive for his latest book "The Formula of Creation", authors Gabriele Romagnoli, Valeria Tron and Marco Valsesia will compete for first place in the event.

William Shakespeare, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Alessandro Preziosi: the opening of the play “Aspettando Re Lear” (Waiting for King Lear)
After the national premiere in Naples, the play will start touring from the Teatro Romano in Verona on 20 July. Based on the tragedy of King Lear by William Shakespeare and directed and interpreted by Alessandro Preziosi, it features "stage works" by Michelangelo Pistoletto and "stage costumes" by Cittadellarte Fashion B.E.S.T.

“Architecture Biennale 2023”, the DAAR collective is awarded the Golden Lion
The DAAR (composed of architects Alessandro Petti and Sandi Hilal) received the Golden Lion for the best participation in the 18th International Architecture Exhibition entitled "The Laboratory of the Future", curated by Lesley Lokko as part of the Architecture Venice Biennale. The international jury awarded the duo "for their long-standing commitment to deep political engagement with architectural practices and learnings about decolonisation in Palestine and Europe". Fondazione Pistoletto symbolically joins in the celebrations for the prestigious achievement: the collective has fostered a long artistic collaboration with Unidee Residency Programs and Cittadellarte.
