The Art of Balance #68 | Maria Chiara Valacchi, who will you meet?
The art critic, independent curator and art writer is the 68th guest of the initiative “The Art of Balance / Pandemopraxy”, launched by Cittadellarte. Maria Chiara Valacchi, after focusing on the impact the pandemic has had on our daily lives, answered the question posed by the project: “I would like to meet better,” she said, “feel the sheer joy of getting to know, of discovering others, dedicating time and more attention to them, thinking about the value of the moment itself, of the encounter as a gift and not as a certainty”.

The Art of Balance #67| Cristiano Bianchi, what will you work on?
The architect and president of the Ruralia association is the 67th guest of the initiative “The Art of Balance / Pandemopraxy”, launched by Cittadellarte. Cristiano Bianchi presents a narrative of the future, telling us about the creation and peculiarities of Ruralia, a model for a new life on Earth and for a new global political order not based on nation states anymore, but on connections between ‘real communities’, united by the same principles and objectives. “The aim,” we read on the Ruralia manifesto, “is to develop a new fair and sustainable model of life on our planet, centred on man, nature and technology, and constituting the basis for a new global socio-political organisation”.

The Art of Balance #66| Maurizio De Bonis, what will you remember?
The film and visual arts critic, also a cultural journalist and the editor-in-chief of “Cultframe – Arti Visive”, is the 66th guest of the initiative “The Art of Balance / Pandemopraxy”, launched by Cittadellarte. In a video-contribution, Maurizio De Bonis talks about the sense of frustration he felt during the lockdown: “All of a sudden,” he says, “we found ourselves isolated in our homes, and this aspect caused me great frustration, but it also led me to reflect intensely on our most precious assets: freedom”.

Art of Balance #64 | Raymundo Sesma, what will you work on?
The Rebirth/Third Paradise ambassador is the 64th participant in the "The Art of Balance / Pandemopraxy", an initiative launched by Cittadellarte. Raymundo Sesma reflects on the identity that cities will have in the future, highlighting their role in society: "The city becomes a platform, a field that gives life to participatory actions, both intellectually and sensorially, where collectively - thanks to multidisciplinarity - projects are developed and transversally analyzed from the constructive point of view of the dialectic ". This episode’s guest then focuses on the best practices developed over the years by Cittadellarte through the Third Paradise project: "The importance of this work and its concept lies in the strength of its insertion into the social fabric. It is a perfect example of a constructive, ethical and global attitude ".
